Not just another "This is what a 'blog' is and why it's all the rage", but an in-depth, technically fertile description of how to blog anonymously and get around [government] censors. Clearly aimed at people in environments of journalistic restrictions and/or monopolies, the 46-page [English] PDF is available in Engish, Spanish and French, and contains personal accounts from the US and around the world, as well as tips for covering your email trail.
